Education

Primary and high school education acquired in Novi Sad. Studied medicine at the Medical Faculty in 1988. During 1999 to 2004. he specialized in gynecology and obstetrics, and in 2013 completed in subspeciality training in reproductive medicine. Doctoral studies of clinical medicine is completed in 2015 at the Faculty of Medicine, defended a dissertation entitled “Analysis of the problem of multiple pregnancies resulting from in vitro fertilization.”

Career

From 2012 to 2016, he was the Head of the section of the maternity ward at the Clinic for Gynecology and Obstetrics of the Clinical Center of Vojvodina. From 2016 to 2019, he held the position of Head of the Department of Pathology of Pregnancy. Since 2019, he has been the manager of the Clinic for Gynecology and Obstetrics of the Clinical Center of Vojvodina. In 2020, he became a head of the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics at the Medical Faculty in Novi Sad. He is the vice president of the Gynecology and Obstetrics Section of the Serbian Medical Association. He is the president of the Association of Gynecologists and Endoscopists of Serbia (UGES).

His knowledge and skills perfected by participating in numerous national and international conferences, as well as during study visits in England (London, Nottingham, Meidston), Germany (Frankfurt, Hamburg, Berlin), Spain (Madrid, Barcelona), Hungary (Budapest, Szeged) , Romania (Timisoara, Arad). Accredited by the “The Fetal Medicine Foundation” to perform ultrasound screening at 11-13 + 6 weeks of pregnancy. He is a regular lecturer at the School of Perinatology and School of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Belgrade.

Author and co-author of numerous scientific works that have been exhibited at home and abroad and published in refereed journals. As a visiting lecturer he participated in numerous conferences and seminars in the country and abroad in the field of minimally invasive gynecology and ultrasound in gynecology and obstetrics, which he engaged in his work at the Clinic.
